GTM - Web3 Partnerships

Location: Hybrid role, preferably based in Los Angeles, CA

D3 is building a purpose-built blockchain for DomainFi, enabling domain tokenization and DeFi primitives for real-world domain assets.

What you will do

• Research and identify high-potential Web3 platforms, including wallets, marketplaces, and DeFi protocols.
• Execute multi-channel outreach campaigns and develop personalized messaging for target segments.
• Qualify prospects, identify decision-makers, and schedule discovery calls for the leadership team.
• Coordinate with Technology, Product, and Operations teams and project-manage partnership implementation from start to finish.
• Maintain CRM records covering contacts, outreach history, qualification notes, and partnership opportunities.
• Track contact, response, and meeting-conversion metrics and facilitate activation events at industry conferences.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in business development, go-to-market, or partnerships.
• Familiarity with Web3 and blockchain concepts, including NFTs, DeFi, and wallets.
• Strong prospecting skills and the ability to navigate organizations to identify decision-makers.
• Experience with sales engagement platforms and CRM systems such as HubSpot.
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed outbound activity metrics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
