What you will do

• Guide discovery activities for gift processing projects and new donation system setups.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for payment platforms and gateways used across global markets.
• Serve as an escalation point for troubleshooting and resolving the root cause of data inconsistencies.
• Create and maintain Salesforce reports to monitor data accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
• Develop data quality best practice guidelines and provide user training.
• Build and lead project coordination via a project management system for the global GDO team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a financial or technical field.
• Broad knowledge of fundraising databases, data integrity, and payment gateway processing workflows.
• Demonstrated experience with Salesforce, specifically building reporting frameworks and dashboards.
• Advanced proficiency with Excel and MS Office tools; SQL experience is a plus.
• Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Must have the right to work in the UK.
