What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery of strategic programs across data infrastructure (lakehouse, streaming, IDX), MarTech platforms (CDP, campaign orchestration, personalization), and AI-powered experimentation.
• Set program strategy and architecture alignment, track milestones, mitigate risks, and communicate progress from initiation through business outcome realization.
• Partner with VP- and Director-level leaders to shape investment priorities, resolve dependencies, and maintain delivery commitments at enterprise scale.
• Define and evolve DGX TPM frameworks, program health metrics, operating cadences, and delivery standards; establish portfolio visibility practices (dependency maps, risk registers, milestone dashboards).
• Integrate AI tools and agentic workflows into program management to accelerate planning, risk synthesis, stakeholder communication, and decision support.
• Coach and mentor TPMs across DGX, define best practices and playbooks, and act as a trusted advisor on complex technical and organizational problems.

Requirements

• 12+ years of Technical Program Management experience in large-scale, matrixed technology organizations.
• Proven delivery experience for enterprise data platform programs (e.g., data warehouses/lakehouses, event streaming pipelines, data mesh, or large-scale API platforms).
• Direct experience with MarTech ecosystems (e.g., CDPs, campaign orchestration, personalization engines, A/B experimentation infrastructure, growth technology).
• Strong conceptual and applied understanding of modern cloud data architectures (lakehouses, event streaming such as Kafka/Flink, data mesh/fabric patterns, and API design).
• Conversant in AI/ML concepts as applied to customer data (feature pipelines, model serving, real-time inference, experimentation, responsible AI).
• Ability to influence VP- and Director-level stakeholders and communicate complex technical status into executive-ready narratives.
