Salary: $144,900 — $249,050 USD (pay range varies by zone)

What you will do

• Operationalize tribal knowledge into a documented end-to-end People M&A playbook and Knowledge Hub to remove dependency on a small group of experts.
• Partner with People Tech to design and execute a Tech Efficiency Roadmap, using automation and AI across deal phases and workflows.
• Lead People M&A execution from deal disclosure through Day 1, orchestrating recruiting, IT onboarding, and HR operations.
• Design and implement “Single Source of Truth” protocols and data ownership matrices to ensure 100% accuracy in employee data across all systems.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for People teams (TA, Benefits, PeopleOps, People Partners, Global Mobility) to roadmap, track, and implement People M&A priorities.

Requirements

• 8+ years of M&A experience.
• Proven ability to plan fast, drive alignment, and execute without waiting for a playbook.
• Multiple successful M&A project and process transformation experience.
• Deep technical knowledge of People processes.
• Experience designing, scaling, and transforming People workflows.
• Strong strategy and planning mindset with execution/delivery and influence with executive stakeholders.
