What you will do

• Lead the day-to-day operations and long-term strategy for tax data collection.
• Manage and develop a team, establishing clear ownership, accountability, and career growth.
• Partner with Tax, Finance, Legal, and Product stakeholders to align on requirements and risks.
• Build scalable mechanisms to collect and validate supplier tax information (VAT, GST, TIN).
• Establish performance metrics and reporting to ensure visibility into program health.
• Modernize operations by integrating automation and AI-assisted support models.

Requirements

• Experience leading operations, compliance, or program teams in cross-functional environments.
• Proven ability to coach and develop teams and build a culture of accountability.
• Skill in translating complex regulatory and data topics into clear actions for senior leadership.
• Proficiency in using data and metrics to monitor performance and inform trade-offs.
• Experience applying systems thinking to improve reliability in complex workflows.
• Authorized to work in the US (E-Verify participant)
