What you will do

• Represent the company on-site as the primary leader and problem solver during events.
• Manage event setup, check-in processes, and tear-down procedures.
• Coordinate roles and responsibilities with venue staff, nonprofit partners, and corporate clients.
• Provide consistent updates, photos, and videos to the internal Events Team.
• Handle logistics including packing, cleaning, and shipping event materials.
• Resolve on-site issues such as technology challenges or supply shortages.

Requirements

• Must be based in Mahwah, New Jersey
• Fluency in English
• Proven experience in executing complex, large-scale and intimate executive events.
• Ability to lift, slide, and carry up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Schedule flexibility to work nights and weekends as needed.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage group dynamics.
