Salary: $227,800 - $308,000 USD

What you will do

• Develop and implement strategies for capital structure, debt financing, and liquidity management to support growth.
• Execute FX strategies, including Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, and Net Investment Hedging programs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast FX exposure and provide insights on hedging performance to senior leadership.
• Oversee capital return programs, including share repurchases and dividend programs.
• Optimize cash centralization in coordination with Treasury, Tax, Accounting, and Legal.
• Maintain strategic partnerships with financial institutions and technology vendors.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in capital markets, including at least 5 years in a corporate Treasury role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Proven experience in building high-performing teams and mentoring talent.
• Knowledge of trading derivative instruments and accounting impacts of foreign currency activity.
• Must be based in San Jose, CA, for a hybrid work arrangement.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree or MBA.
• Professional certifications such as CFA, CTP, or CRM.
• Experience with acquisitions and integration.
• Proficiency with Bloomberg, Kyriba, FXall, Oracle Cloud, and Power BI.
