What you will do

• Oversee critical high-volume manufacturing equipment for advanced integrated circuits.
• Optimize manufacturing techniques to meet safety, quality, and cost objectives.
• Conduct tests and measurements to control critical dimensions and reduce defects.
• Manage equipment maintenance, repairs, and upgrades for consistent operational performance.
• Lead equipment installation and qualification during factory ramps.
• Facilitate global technology transfer via training, audits, and installation support.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM-related field.
• Minimum 4 years experience (BS), 3 years (MS), or PhD.
• Experience in semiconductor equipment, process characterization, and manufacturing improvement.
• Knowledge of manufacturing process change and optical characterization.
• Must be able to work onsite in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

Nice to have

• Experience with metrology fundamentals and tool calibration.
• Knowledge of experimental design for process optimization.
