What you will do

• Receive and manage physical IT hardware.
• Coordinate with manufacturers to schedule remote or onsite repairs.
• Organize physical storage and maintain the digital inventory catalogue.
• Manage shipping logistics, including packing and shipping hardware to client sites and receiving returns.
• Stage equipment in the lab for remote engineers to configure.
• Create and update process documentation.

Requirements

• Degree in computer science or a related field.
• Experience with ticketing systems like ConnectWise, ServiceNow, etc.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Exemplary analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Must be able to lift 50+ pounds.
