What you will do

• Supervise and lead the plant maintenance department and engineering team.

• Establish clear governance and accountability across maintenance functions.

Requirements

• Technical degree, diploma, or certificate (Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical preferred) or equivalent experience.
• Strong background in maintenance supervision and cross-craft coordination.
• Expertise in maintenance asset management, including spare parts governance and inventory optimization.
• Proven ability to build systems, develop people, and improve organizational capability.
• Excellent planning, organizational, and prioritization skills.
