What you will do

• Conduct commercial evaluation of tender submissions and lead negotiations with tenderers.
• Value progress on-site for interim certificates and determine amounts due for price variations.
• Draft responses to contractor correspondence and manage claims determination.
• Expedite contractor insurances, bonds, and collateral warranties.
• Valuate proposed instructions and manage final accounts for contractors.

Requirements

• Quantity Surveying Degree or similar qualification required.
• Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in pre and post-contract duties.
• Extensive multi-sectoral experience, with preference for life-science or industrial projects.
• Strong ability to manage complex issues and report clearly and concisely.
• Excellent organizational skills with a proven ability to meet project deadlines.
