What you will do

• Execute and oversee GMP production activities, including room setup, batch execution, and line clearance.
• Maintain production suites in a continuous audit-ready state in compliance with GMP, GDP, and SOPs.
• Create, review, and maintain Master Batch Records (MBR) and Electronic Batch Records (EBR).
• Develop and control label templates, artwork, and packaging layouts to meet regulatory and client requirements.
• Manage Bill of Materials (BOM) and master data within ERP systems for operational workflow optimization.
• Collaborate with Project Management, Regulatory, and Quality teams to finalize packaging designs and secure client approvals.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in cGMP secondary packaging and labeling within the pharmaceutical or clinical supply chain.
• Strong knowledge of global regulatory standards governing pharmaceutical packaging and labeling.
• Expertise in label design, artwork development, and rigorous version control of packaging documentation.
• Hands-on experience using ERP systems for production scheduling and BOM management.
• Proven ability to coordinate client and regulatory audits related to packaging activities.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Dublin, Ireland.
