What you will do

• Lead the delivery, testing, qualification, and release of new or upgraded production equipment.
• Manage equipment suppliers to ensure adherence to User Requirements Specifications and design standards.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Execute process validation activities including URS, FDS, FAT, SAT, OQ, and PQ.
• Drive the development of automated system concepts, prototyping, and proof-of-principle testing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support new product introductions and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field
• 5-8 years of relevant professional experience
• Strong technical expertise in automated or semi-automated manufacturing systems
• Proven experience with process validation and equipment qualification
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Effective communication skills for cross-functional collaboration

Nice to have

• Advanced degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Systems, or Project Management
• Professional certifications such as PMP, Six Sigma, PE/CPE, or OSHA
• Background in robotics, high-speed automation, or vision systems
• Experience with Lean tools and industrial controls
