What you will do

• Manage equity program operations including grants, vesting, settlements, and documentation.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal participants, Finance, P&O, and stakeholders at Zalando.
• Design and streamline equity processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Prepare and present key HR metrics and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Support P&O Analytics and Controlling initiatives by transforming raw data into actionable insights.

Requirements

• Degree in Business, Economics, HR, Finance, Data/Analytics, or equivalent experience.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets.
• Strong numerical reasoning and logical problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
