TL;DR

Working Student (People & Culture): Supporting the People & Culture team with HR administration, employee lifecycle management, and operational projects with an accent on data accuracy and process efficiency. Focus on maintaining HRIS systems, assisting with payroll and onboarding, and contributing to performance management initiatives.

Location: Must be based in Berlin and able to work from the office 2 days per week

What you will do

• Assist with administrative tasks including drafting contracts and preparing HR documentation.
• Maintain accurate data in the HRIS (HiBob) and manage essential employee records.
• Support payroll documentation, benefits administration, and onboarding/offboarding workflows.
• Contribute to special projects such as performance management reviews and feedback training.
• Manage and update knowledge resources on the company intranet.
• Collaborate with the team to enhance the overall employee experience.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a university degree in a related field (e.g., International Management, Psychology, HR Management).
• At least 1 year of professional experience, ideally in a startup environment.
• Understanding of German legal regulations.
• Excellent communication skills in English; German is a strong plus.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace, Asana, and Notion.
• Highly organized, self-disciplined, and detail-oriented mindset.
