What you will do

• Support the demand-oriented determination of HR key figures.
• Create reports, ad-hoc analyses, and statistics.
• Develop recommendations for action for specialist departments based on data.
• Assist in project-related calculations and special analyses.
• Support the creation of provisions.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in business studies, ideally with a focus on HR or controlling.
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Strong understanding of numbers and analytical thinking skills.
• Affinity for planning, analysis, and reporting.
• Proficiency in German or English required.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of HR management and ERP systems, ideally SAP.
