Executive Briefing Program Manager

Location: San Francisco, California, United States; minimum 2 days per week in the office, with up to 25% travel including international travel

Annual base salary: $138,000–$189,000 USD, plus potential equity, bonus, and benefits.

What you will do

• Own the executive briefing strategy for the San Francisco center and report on ROI and pipeline impact.
• Lead high-touch executive briefings from initial request through preparation, delivery, and follow-up.
• Partner with Enterprise Sales, Customer Success, and Solutions Engineering to define objectives, customize agendas, and prepare briefing materials.
• Source, prepare, and manage VP and C-suite speakers while developing an internal speaker network.
• Track post-briefing metrics and opportunity influence in Salesforce or briefing management platforms.
• Coordinate with Workplace and AV/IT teams to ensure seamless center operations and event delivery.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in go-to-market roles or executive briefing center management within enterprise technology or SaaS.
• Experience advising VP and C-suite executives in internal and customer-facing settings.
• Strong understanding of complex B2B sales cycles and how tailored briefings support account progression.
• Experience with briefing management platforms and enterprise tools; BriefingSource, Google Drive, Salesforce, and Tableau experience is valued.
• High-agency, detail-oriented approach with strong risk anticipation and white-glove service delivery.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to turn complex topics into executive narratives.
