Principal Technical Program Manager (Fintech)

Location: Mountain View, California or San Diego, California, United States

Base pay: $238,000–$322,000 in Mountain View or $219,500–$297,000 in San Diego, plus eligible cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits.

What you will do

• Orchestrate executive-level presentations and content for CTO board meetings, CEO Staff meetings, and other forums.
• Partner with Product, Marketing, Finance, and business segment leaders on data-driven strategic frameworks, decisions, and recommendations.
• Lead strategy projects, workstreams, and new initiatives from initial hypotheses through recommendations and operationalization.
• Develop narratives connecting Technology ecosystem outcomes with company strategy.
• Build relationships across the Technology ecosystem and CTO staff to coordinate multiple technology priorities.
• Design and implement frameworks and operating models that improve decision-making, knowledge sharing, and operational excellence at scale.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of experience delivering significant strategic and operational impact across an organization.
• Experience in strategy and operations at a high-growth startup, management consulting, or strategic and analytical roles at large companies.
• Ability to use data, develop insight-backed hypotheses, and build compelling business cases.
• Strong business and technical acumen, preferably in a SaaS or platform technology company.
• Experience leading change, influencing cross-functional stakeholders, and building trust with executives and working teams.
• Excellent presentation, storytelling, workshop facilitation, communication, and project execution skills.

• FinTech and/or SaaS experience.
