Senior Generative AI Engineer (GenAI): Designing and developing the Orion GenAI Platform to accelerate scalable GenAI product delivery with an accent on platform architecture, standardized technology stacks, and reusable components. Focus on building transformer- and LLM-based solutions, integrating RAG and AI agents, and solving complex data, machine learning, cloud, and performance challenges.

What you will do
- Design and architect the Orion GenAI Platform for scalable and efficient GenAI product deployment.
- Accelerate the development and delivery lifecycle for GenAI products.
- Define standardized technology stacks, engineering practices, and reusable platform components.
- Abstract complex technical challenges so application teams can focus on product-specific functionality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and integrate GenAI solutions.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of software engineering experience, including relevant GenAI experience.
- Proven experience designing robust software architectures for large-scale platforms.
- Strong knowledge of software delivery practices, including CI/CD, version control, and testing.
- Deep expertise in transformer architectures, embedding models, LLMs, RAG, and AI agents.
- Strong background in data engineering, machine learning engineering, advanced Python, JavaScript, and cloud platforms, preferably Azure.
- Master’s degree in machine learning, statistics, computer science, physics, mathematics, or a related field is preferred.
Nice to have
- Experience with Databricks.
- Experience with parallel processing and GPU/CUDA programming.
