What you will do

• Engage daily with a community of automation, no-code, and open-source enthusiasts.
• Design and implement community-building tactics including events, livestreams, videos, and courses.
• Represent community needs internally by collaborating with engineering, product, and marketing teams.
• Develop and nurture a network of partners for co-marketing and integration opportunities.
• Monitor and analyze success metrics to optimize community initiatives.
• Provide support and education to the most active community members.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in tech, with at least 2+ years in Developer Relations.
• Must be based in New York, New Jersey, Florida, Massachusetts, California, or Texas.
• Proven experience building community across channels like Twitter, YouTube, Discord, and public speaking.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for teaching, mentoring, and automation.
• English proficiency is required.
• Must have existing right to work in the US.
