What you will do

• Own sprint and achievement planning, sequencing work, assigning tasks, and representing team capacity and commitments.
• Track delivery progress, communicate status and risks, and remove technical, process, and cross-team blockers.
• Contribute hands-on to features and systems across the analytics and AI platform.
• Conduct code reviews and uphold standards for code quality, testing coverage, documentation, and release execution.
• Participate in architecture and technical build discussions, coordinating dependencies with engineering, customer success, and project management teams.
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers and support their technical development.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional software development experience, preferably with data-intensive or analytics-focused products.
• Experience coordinating and driving delivery in an agile or sprint-based environment.
• Hands-on proficiency with Node, React, and Python, plus experience with Jira delivery workflows.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, build pipelines, version control, and release processes.
• Ability to manage competing priorities, solve complex ambiguous problems independently, and maintain technical quality.
• Strong communication, collaboration, influencing, and mentoring skills.
