What you will do

• Oversee the end-to-end product development process for selected brands across categories like toys, apparel, and beauty.
• Review licensee submissions for product concepts, packaging, and marketing to ensure alignment with brand guidelines.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with licensors, clients, and licensees to facilitate approvals.
• Utilize product approval platforms and provide guidance to licensees on submission processes.
• Manage brand style guides and asset distribution to ensure consistent brand representation.
• Support internal teams with status reports, brand decks, and meeting coordination.

Requirements

• English and Portuguese proficiency required
• Experience in product development and licensing approvals preferred
• Strong understanding of product development timelines and consumer product categories
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proactive and self-motivated work ethic
