AI Web Optimization Specialist (Cybersecurity)

Location: Remote Mexico. Applicants must have the right to work in Mexico.

What you will do

• Build and maintain a website optimization roadmap aligned with business goals, product launches, campaigns and buyer needs.
• Analyze visitor behavior, web performance and content engagement to identify friction and create testable hypotheses.
• Plan, launch and evaluate A/B tests, multivariate tests and targeted audience experiences.
• Improve conversion paths and personalized experiences across product pages, landing pages, forms and other high-intent destinations.
• Connect behavioral insights and recurring reports to qualified conversions, pipeline influence and business outcomes.
• Develop AI-assisted workflows for research, hypothesis generation, content evaluation, reporting and website optimization.

Requirements

• At least 3–4 years of experience in conversion-rate optimization, digital analytics, growth marketing, personalization, product analytics or web strategy.
• Hands-on experience planning, executing and evaluating A/B tests or other controlled digital experiments.
• Strong knowledge of web analytics, digital measurement, audience segmentation, funnel analysis and conversion reporting.
• Practical experience using generative AI tools for research, analysis, content evaluation, workflow automation or optimization.
• Experience with optimization platforms such as Adobe Analytics, VWO, Optimizely or Adobe Target, plus heatmaps, session analysis and form analytics.
• Strong written, verbal, analytical, collaboration, prioritization and time-management skills; a bachelor’s degree or equivalent hands-on experience.

Nice to have

• Experience in B2B SaaS, enterprise technology, cybersecurity, data security or another complex, high-consideration industry.
• Experience connecting website behavior and optimization activity to leads, accounts, opportunities, pipeline or revenue.
• Familiarity with account-based marketing, account intent, buying-group behavior and target-account personalization.
• Experience evaluating brand, product or content representation in AI-generated responses and developing reusable prompts, AI agents or internal AI tools.
