What you will do

• Build and maintain a website optimization roadmap aligned with business goals and product launches.
• Plan, launch, and evaluate A/B and multivariate tests to improve conversion paths.
• Develop AI-assisted workflows to accelerate research, hypothesis generation, and content evaluation.
• Analyze visitor behavior using heatmaps, session analysis, and web analytics to identify friction points.
• Improve page structure and structured data to enhance machine readability for AI assistants and search engines.
• Collaborate with marketing, UX, and development teams to create personalized experiences for target accounts.

Requirements

• Must have the right to work in Mexico
• 4+ years of experience in conversion-rate optimization, growth marketing, or digital experience optimization.
• Hands-on experience planning and executing A/B tests or controlled digital experiments.
• Strong knowledge of web analytics platforms like Adobe Analytics, VWO, or Optimizely.
• Practical experience using generative AI tools for research, analysis, or workflow automation.
• Ability to translate complex analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations.

Nice to have

• Experience in B2B SaaS, cybersecurity, or high-consideration enterprise industries.
• Familiarity with account-based marketing and lead lifecycle stages.
• Experience evaluating brand representation within AI-generated responses.
• Proficiency with Tealium or similar customer data platforms.
