What you will do

• Research, vet, and execute media plans for multiple clients, supporting strategic expansion, optimization, and campaign growth.
• Oversee daily campaign delivery across channels to ensure accurate implementation, minimize errors, and achieve goals.
• Interface with network partners, vendors, and internal teams to coordinate smooth campaign execution.
• Send and track network orders and traffic instructions to ensure timely, accurate delivery.
• Stay current on TV, audio, and display trends via publisher meetings and independent research, then translate insights into recommendations.
• Evaluate and negotiate media plans in collaboration with senior team members.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a media agency or publisher environment with a focus on media buying in linear TV, OTT, digital audio, and/or display advertising.
• Hands-on experience with industry platforms (DSPs and research tools) is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
• Excellent time management to handle multiple tasks against tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong business writing and presentation skills.
• Location: Reforma, CDMX — come into the office two days a week (regular in-office commitment).
