What you will do

• Lead and manage over 25 personnel across manufacturing maintenance and operations to achieve business objectives.
• Ensure the safe repair and operability of major plant equipment assets to maintain production targets.
• Coach, mentor, and provide performance management and development plans for hourly personnel.
• Drive a culture of safety and quality while actively participating in Continuous Improvement programs.
• Manage shift production summaries and document all maintenance activities within the main server.
• Collaborate on SQF Housekeeping and Food Safety Programs to ensure plant compliance.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Batavia, OH, USA.
• High School diploma or GED; additional technical training in industrial maintenance is preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of total maintenance experience in high-volume manufacturing.
• Proven ability to lead large teams and handle personnel documentation and performance reviews.
• Ability to travel to other company facilities and seminars as dictated by business needs.

Nice to have

• Experience with CMMS, inventory control, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Hands-on experience with cup/plate forming equipment, packaging automation, and printing equipment.
• Experience implementing process or continuous improvement programs.
