Logistics Specialist

Location: Hybrid (Singapore); 3-4 days at home, occasional travel to warehouse required.

What you will do

• Manage daily purchase order operations, monitoring order status and coordinating with suppliers and forwarders for inbound shipments.
• Process and validate sales orders, coordinating with planning teams to ensure delivery on required dates.
• Execute inventory planning policies and update parameters to maintain optimum stock levels and minimize excess.
• Coordinate with 3PL warehouse operations to ensure proper stock receipt and resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure all imported products to Singapore comply with registration licenses and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor and review KPIs for the assigned area to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in supply chain planning and order management.
• Strong proficiency in SAP and MS Office suite.
• Diploma or degree in Logistics or business-related fields.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Must be based in Singapore.
