What you will do

• Own the design vision across the entire product portfolio to ensure cohesive and scalable user experiences.
• Lead and grow a multidisciplinary organization including product designers, design engineers, UX writers, and researchers.
• Partner with senior leadership in product, engineering, and AI to define multi-year experience strategies.
• Drive cross-product initiatives such as shared frameworks, design systems, and accessibility standards.
• Champion user research and experimentation to inform product development and de-risk strategic decisions.
• Foster a strong design culture rooted in trust, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Must be based in Brazil
• English: C1+ required
• Proven leadership experience in design roles within B2B SaaS or platform-based tech companies.
• Strong track record of driving design impact at scale from strategy through execution.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams including researchers and writers.
• Deep understanding of modern product development and agile methodologies.
