What you will do

• Own product design end-to-end from early concept to shipped feature with a high degree of autonomy.
• Design coherent product architecture and flows for course creators, learners, and admins.
• Collaborate closely with engineers and the broader team to define and validate product hypotheses.
• Evolve and maintain the existing design system.
• Iterate quickly in a fast-paced environment, testing and discarding hypotheses rapidly.
• Communicate design solutions synchronously through sketching and immediate iteration during calls.

Requirements

• Strong systems thinking and ability to design coherent user experiences.
• High level of autonomy in driving tasks to completion without hand-holding.
• Real enterprise B2B intuition regarding bulk operations, safeguards, and admin workflows.
• Solid visual craft to work effectively within an existing design system.
• Russian language proficiency is required.
