What you will do

• Design and maintain terabyte-scale ETL/ELT pipelines across Snowflake, BigQuery, and Hive.
• Develop scalable data models for analytics, data science, and machine learning consumers.
• Build streaming and batch processing systems using Flink, Spark, and Kafka.
• Write production-quality Java and Python code for data ingestion and REST services.
• Collaborate with global engineering teams to define specifications and ensure data integrity.

Requirements

• 4-5+ years of commercial data engineering or software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Java and Python for production systems.
• Experience with big data technologies (Hadoop, Hive, BigQuery, Snowflake) at scale.
• Proficiency in SQL and designing complex ETL/ELT processes.
• Familiarity with AWS cloud infrastructure and Linux environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with Flink, Spark Streaming, or Apache Airflow.
• Knowledge of GraphQL, React, or NoSQL databases.
• Interest in GenAI, machine learning, or data science engineering.
