What you will do

• Design and deliver end-to-end data solutions using the Microsoft Azure Data Platform.
• Collaborate with engineers, analysts, and architects through pairing and code reviews.
• Support teams in understanding data telemetry and resolving operational issues.
• Develop and improve engineering standards alongside Lead Data Engineers and Solution Architects.
• Build reliable, well-tested, and automated data solutions using CI/CD workflows.
• Explore new tools and approaches through proof-of-concept work.

Requirements

• Experience delivering end-to-end data solutions.
• Proficiency with cloud-based data platforms, specifically Azure technologies (e.g., Cosmos DB, SQL Database, Data Factory).
• Strong skills in Python or another object-oriented programming language.
• Experience with Azure Databricks or Apache Spark.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and Agile frameworks.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with reporting or visualization tools like Power BI or MicroStrategy.
• Awareness of on-premises infrastructure considerations.
