What you will do

• Resolve small business owners’ questions and requests via inbound calls, emails, and chats.
• Become an expert on hirify.global products to create added value and memorable customer experiences.
• Utilize innovative technology solutions and internal systems to process customer requests efficiently.
• Meet or exceed performance KPIs across customer experience, effectiveness, and efficiency.
• Identify and escalate risks and trends that may negatively impact the customer journey.
• Represent the voice of the customer by providing product feedback and recommended enhancements.
