What you will do

• Manage end-to-end customer interactions without the use of scripts.
• Provide support for generosity programs, annuities, insurance, and mutual funds.
• Navigate multiple internal systems to gather information and resolve inquiries.
• Focus on quality and first-call resolution while maintaining efficient processing times.
• Collaborate with teammates and managers to improve documentation and service quality.

Requirements

• Fluent in English and Spanish (written, verbal, and digital).
• Must be based in the US with a private, distraction-free home office.
• High-speed internet (30 Mbps down/10 Mbps up) hard-wired via ethernet.
• Ability to work full-time hours between 9:30 a.m. – 6 p.m. CST.
• Availability for mandatory training from September 14 to November 9, 2026.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
