What you will do

• Handle inbound phone calls, delivering clear, empathetic, and solutions-focused support.
• Develop, maintain, and execute processes to provide key services across phone, chat, and email.
• Prioritize multiple queues and manage daily workflow for efficient request resolution.
• Resolve unique situations and refine workflows to account for uncommon issues.
• Ensure a positive member experience through active listening and effective de-escalation.
• Communicate complex financial topics clearly and confidently over the phone.

Requirements

• Interest in personal finance and helping others manage their money.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle conflict de-escalation.
• Proactive problem-solving skills to identify resolutions in real time.
• Strong workflow management skills to balance competing priorities.
• Must be based in the US.
