What you will do

• Analyze GTM business needs by synthesizing insights from sales and channel partners into actionable enablement requirements.
• Design and deliver enablement programs and assets across various formats to translate priorities into practical application.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent execution of GTM initiatives in the field.
• Measure and demonstrate the impact of enablement programs on business outcomes using relevant data.
• Develop and maintain competency assessment and certification programs.
• Support frontline managers with insights and feedback to reinforce the application of enablement frameworks.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree.
• Experience in software sales and sales enablement.
• Proven project management skills to plan and deliver initiatives across multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to adapt quickly and drive projects independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for leading virtual and in-person sessions.
• Analytical mindset to measure results before and after program delivery.

Nice to have

• Technical experience in operational technology, endpoint security, or identity security spaces.
• Experience with channel or partner sales enablement.
• Knowledge of sales processes and methodologies such as MEDDPICC or Command of the Message.
• Experience using Highspot (CMS), Docebo (LMS), or conversation intelligence tools like Gong.
