What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 6–8 Compliance Specialists across licensing, permitting, and data entry functions.
• Integrate three separate teams into a unified compliance function by building shared workflows and consistent standards.
• Identify and implement opportunities to apply AI-enabled workflows to reduce manual effort and increase operational accuracy.
• Define, track, and report on key compliance metrics to provide actionable insights to leadership.
• Build and maintain relationships with external jurisdictions, state licensing agencies, and industry stakeholders.
• Partner cross-functionally with Monitoring Operations, Vendor Management, and People teams to align compliance with business goals.

Requirements

• 5+ years of operations or compliance management experience.
• 3+ years of direct experience managing teams of specialists or coordinators.
• Demonstrated success in leading process improvement initiatives and driving team adoption.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data and metrics to inform decision-making.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting findings to leadership.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity from Boston, MA or Richmond, VA.

• Prior experience managing regulatory, compliance, licensing, or permitting operations.
