What you will do

• Lead architectural discussions to advocate for scalable and secure DevOps practices.
• Design and implement monitoring solutions to ensure system reliability and performance.
• Collaborate with developers to design CI/CD pipelines for avionics software and hardware-in-the-loop systems.
• Conduct regular audits of CI/CD pipelines to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Develop and maintain dashboards to provide insights into system performance and productivity.
• Mentor team members on CI/CD best practices and set direction for project impact and quality.

Requirements

• U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or refugee/asylee status required.
• BS degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of professional experience.
• Advanced knowledge of AWS, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/CloudFormation), and Linux.
• Hands-on experience with containerization (Docker), Kubernetes, and Rancher.
• Proficiency with CI/CD tools (GitLab) and scripting languages (Python).

Nice to have

• Experience with C/C++ and configuration management tools like Ansible.
• Aerospace industry experience with safety-critical software or NPR 7150.2D.
• Strong experience leading complex DevOps projects from inception to completion.
