Salary: $160,000 - $200,000 + equity

What you will do

• Design and build applications connecting engineering, manufacturing, and operations to accelerate satellite design and production.
• Own full-lifecycle feature development from prototypes to production, including architecture, deployment, and quality processes.
• Partner with cross-disciplinary teams to understand challenges and articulate engineering tradeoffs to leadership.
• Drive customer adoption, use data for prioritization, and contribute to software standards and culture.
• Mentor team members and foster transparency, empathy, integrity, and engineering excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in CS, IT, math, or STEM or 8+ years software engineering experience
• 5+ years full stack development, platform engineering, or API development
• 3+ years AWS; 3+ years CI/CD (GH Actions, Jenkins, Gitlab CI/CD)
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes (prefer AWS EKS), static typed languages (C#, Go, Java, C++, TypeScript)
• 3+ years structured databases (PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Snowflake); unstructured (NoSQL, DynamoDB, MongoDB)
• Strong REST API/gRPC; binary management (JFrog Artifactory, AWS CodeArtifact)

• Infrastructure tools (Terraform, Ansible, Puppet)
• Next.js, React, Angular; testing (Cucumber, Cypress)
• Scalable systems design, build tools (Make, Gradle, npm), data streaming (Kafka, RabbitMQ)
