What you will do

• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Experience teams to help customers optimize Figma workflows.
• Develop written, visual, and video resources reflecting modern design-to-production processes.
• Build and nurture relationships within the Figma community and drive user initiatives.
• Present at industry meetups and conferences to share practical design insights.
• Advocate for user needs and emerging trends internally to inform product decisions.

Requirements

• Deep, hands-on expertise in Figma with a track record of delivering polished outcomes.
• Thorough understanding of product design workflows, design systems, and tokens.
• Experience with AI-assisted design or prototyping.
• Strong communication skills and confidence in public speaking to large audiences.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time for community engagement.
• Must be based in or able to work from the London hub.
