Salary: $19.28–$23.62 per hour

What you will do

• Oversee daily store operations including opening, closing, and facility security.
• Drive sales performance through rentals, protection plans, and merchandise.
• Deliver personalized customer service and resolve escalations professionally.
• Coach and mentor the Assistant General Manager and staff on policies and KPIs.
• Manage facility maintenance, including cleaning, inspections, and landscaping.
• Partner with regional leadership on auction processes and unit preparation.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
• Ability to lift 30+ lbs and perform physical tasks like cleaning and maintenance.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including Mondays through Saturdays.
