What you will do

• Meet facility revenue goals and monitor operational performance through weekly and monthly reporting.
• Supervise and train Release of Information Specialists (ROIS) both on-site and remotely.
• Manage daily operations, including scheduling, workflow coordination, and quality reviews.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA privacy standards and facility-specific service agreements.
• Handle hiring, counseling, and performance evaluations for site personnel.
• Provide physical coverage at various sites as required by workload demands.

Requirements

• Must be able to work on-site at assigned facilities.
• Prior supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of HIPAA privacy information standards.
• Valid driver’s license and safe driving history.
• Ability to obtain RHIT certification or pass an ROI Certification course within 90 days.
• Effective communication skills for interacting with clients and staff.
