What you will do
- Manage the end-to-end order fulfillment process for the EMEA region.
- Create and process customer orders within the ERP system.
- Ensure accuracy in pricing, discounts, and license compatibility.
- Coordinate with sales teams and manufacturing to fulfill daily business requirements.
- Document processes and maintain storage records.
- Utilize AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency and streamline routine tasks.
- Work occasional late shifts (approximately 25% of working days, including shifts ending at 22:00, 00:00, or 02:00).
Requirements
- Commercial education or equivalent professional background.
- Experience in administrative work, specifically sales administration.
- Proficiency in English (minimum FCE level).
- Knowledge of Microsoft AX or similar ERP systems.
- Strong MS Office skills.
- Ability to prompt AI systems and assess output quality.
- Capacity to work under pressure with a structured approach.

- Knowledge of additional languages.
