Order Fulfillment & Licensing Specialist

Location: Must be based in Budapest, Hungary (Onsite role).

What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end order fulfillment process for the EMEA region.
• Create and process customer orders within the ERP system.
• Ensure accuracy in pricing, discounts, and license compatibility.
• Coordinate with sales teams and manufacturing to fulfill daily business requirements.
• Document processes and maintain storage records.
• Utilize AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency and streamline routine tasks.
• Work occasional late shifts (approximately 25% of working days, including shifts ending at 22:00, 00:00, or 02:00).

Requirements

• Commercial education or equivalent professional background.
• Experience in administrative work, specifically sales administration.
• Proficiency in English (minimum FCE level).
• Knowledge of Microsoft AX or similar ERP systems.
• Strong MS Office skills.
• Ability to prompt AI systems and assess output quality.
• Capacity to work under pressure with a structured approach.
