Contracts Oversight Manager (Aviation)

What you will do

• Validate supplier charges, penalties, and non-routine costs against approved contracts and maintenance work scopes.
• Monitor supplier performance against KPIs including TAT, OTD, and technical reliability.
• Investigate and resolve mishandling claims in coordination with CAMO, Material Planning, and MRO stakeholders.
• Prepare and maintain quarterly maintenance budget tracking, providing visibility into actual versus planned spend.
• Develop data structures and reports to support contract enforcement and audit-ready management insight.
• Act as a cross-functional interface between Engineering, Finance, Procurement, and maintenance providers.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of relevant experience in aviation, specifically in technical operations, MRO, or contract management.
• Solid understanding of maintenance contract structures and EASA regulatory frameworks (Part CAMO, M, 145).
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Advanced Excel and data handling skills with experience in reporting tools.
• Strong analytical capability to interpret complex technical and financial data sets.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
