What you will do

• Oversee Show Producers and creative team members to ensure accurate project documentation and database maintenance.
• Partner with project management to develop RFP documents and manage vendor deliverables.
• Ensure all team members have current information regarding project scope, budget, and development strategies.
• Act as the primary liaison for internal partners, licensors, and intellectual property developers.
• Facilitate project team meetings, track action items, and maintain project intent throughout the design and installation phases.

Requirements

• Must be able to work full-time on-site in Universal City, California.
• 9+ years of experience in theatrical, theme park, or media-related design/production.
• 3+ years of experience as a Show Producer in theme park attraction projects from design through installation.
• Ability to interpret architectural, engineering, and ride/show documentation including blueprints and specifications.
• Bachelor’s degree in Theatrical Arts, Theme Park Associated Design, or a related field preferred.
