What you will do

• Lead production for the Seasonal Content organization, overseeing the delivery of every MONOPOLY GO! season.
• Own the operational health of the seasonal portfolio, balancing player experience, content quality, and business objectives.
• Drive the long-term evolution of the seasonal content pipeline across art, design, narrative, and live operations.
• Manage content roadmap planning, art capacity, outsourcing strategy, and resource forecasting.
• Partner with Product, Art, Design, and Licensing leadership to align priorities across concurrent initiatives.
• Mentor Production Managers and Producers to raise the overall maturity and effectiveness of production.

Requirements

• Extensive experience leading production in large-scale live-service game development environments.
• Deep expertise in managing content-heavy production pipelines, including art production and outsourcing.
• Proven success as a Production Director or equivalent leader responsible for both strategy and execution.
• Strong expertise in capacity planning, portfolio management, and dependency mapping.
• Exceptional diplomacy and stakeholder management skills to influence senior leadership.
• Must be based in the US.

• Experience with category-leading live service or mobile free-to-play games.
• Experience scaling production organizations during periods of rapid growth.
• Familiarity with modern AI productivity tools such as Claude, Codex, or Cursor.
