Salary: $63,000 - $83,000

What you will do

• Coordinate between Japan-based development teams, local language teams, and marketing departments.
• Develop resource plans and maintain accurate project schedules for assigned titles.
• Manage localization activities, including voiceover recording and documentation distribution.
• Partner with QA teams to vet issues and provide direction to ensure product quality.
• Gather and analyze project scope and requirements to ensure alignment with the product vision.
• Support promotional activities such as trade shows, media tours, and community events.

Requirements

• 1-3+ years of production, project management, or localization experience within the game industry.
• Near-native English proficiency and business-level Japanese proficiency are required.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Irvine, CA.
• Working knowledge of localization tools (Excel, Word, XML, MemoQ, XLOC).
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Experience collaborating with localization vendors and direct voice dubbing.
