Salary: $89,000–$132,000 annual

What you will do

• Deliver expert consulting services by evaluating, designing, and implementing organizational and technology strategies.
• Conduct escalated studies, analysis, and research; prepare presentations and recommendations.
• Support major enterprise-wide technology deployments and strategic infrastructure redesign.
• Administer Windows Server (Windows 2000 Server or newer) and support complex service troubleshooting.
• Advise on disaster recovery approaches and replication (including geographic redundancy where applicable).
• Provide 24x7 help desk coverage support and manage the IHS VistA Imaging Call Center.

Requirements

• 4–7 years of relevant experience (or equivalent education/experience combination).
• CompTIA Network+ preferred.
• Ability to obtain and maintain required customer clearance for access to systems, facilities, equipment, and property.
• Required Windows Server administration experience (Windows 2000 Server or newer).
• Knowledge of disaster recovery approaches and replication; geographic redundancy is a plus.
• Advanced troubleshooting and analytical skills; ability to prioritize workflow and handle stressful, demanding situations.
