What you will do

• Provide administration and support for the Microsoft 365 environment.
• Lead the identification and development of automation opportunities using Power Automate and Power Apps.
• Manage day-to-day task allocation for the application support team.
• Ensure operational health, security, and performance of SharePoint Online.
• Collaborate with 3rd party vendors and internal teams to resolve complex technical issues.
• Act as service owner for integrated M365 services including Teams, OneDrive, and Planner.

Requirements

• Must have pre-existing right to work and travel within the UK.
• Proven experience as an M365 Support Engineer or Subject Matter Expert.
• Strong understanding of ITIL framework and ticketing systems.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work on own initiative and lead team activities.

Nice to have

• Certification in MS-900 Fundamentals or product-specific M365 certifications.
• Working knowledge of Azure AD and Intune.
• Experience with Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines.
