What you will do

• Own renewal and customer success topline and Opex analysis, including forecasting and budgeting.
• Partner with GTM Finance leadership to analyze retention trends and coverage model effectiveness.
• Develop deep-dive analyses across products, regions, and renewal cohorts to identify business risks.
• Build reporting frameworks to improve renewal forecasting and retention visibility.
• Perform variance analysis across key metrics like ARR, churn, GRR, and NRR.
• Translate complex data into actionable insights for executive leadership and Board reporting.

Requirements

• Must have legal authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 4-7+ years of experience in FP&A, GTM Finance, or Revenue Finance.
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
• Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to automate tasks and enhance analytical productivity.
• Strong analytical skills with experience navigating complex, imperfect data environments.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting SaaS or subscription-based business models.
• Knowledge of recurring revenue metrics including ARR, ACV, and NRR.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, or other data querying and automation tools.
• Experience with financial planning tools such as Anaplan, SAP, Oracle, or Adaptive Planning.
