TL;DR
Manager, Transfer Pricing Accounting (Finance): Leading the accuracy, compliance, and strategic alignment of transfer pricing processes across a growing group structure with an accent on intercompany transactions and OECD guidelines. Focus on designing robust transfer pricing frameworks, overseeing global compliance, and implementing scalable governance to support international expansion.
Location: Poland; minimal travel within Europe.

What you will do
- Lead transfer pricing accounting and reporting across multiple legal entities and jurisdictions.
- Design, implement, and maintain transfer pricing policies aligned with OECD guidelines, local regulations, and group requirements.
- Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end intercompany processes, including allocations, eliminations, reconciliations, and NetSuite documentation.
- Ensure accurate accounting and disclosure for services, royalties, loans, guarantees, and other cross-border arrangements.
- Collaborate with Tax, Treasury, Legal, FP&A, Group Finance, and Technical Accounting on restructurings, M&A, financing, intellectual property transfers, and cost-sharing agreements.
- Strengthen controls, governance, audit readiness, entity restructuring, and integration of acquired entities.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of accounting experience, including month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Knowledge of international accounting standards and cross-border transactions; IFRS and UK GAAP experience is beneficial.
- Strong technical accounting, analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems; NetSuite experience is beneficial.
- Ability to adapt, prioritize, and work effectively in a scaling business.

- CPA or equivalent qualification.
- Experience in a high-growth or fast-paced start-up environment.
