What you will do

• Oversee transfer pricing accounting and reporting across multiple jurisdictions to ensure compliance with OECD guidelines and local regulations.
• Design and implement transfer pricing policies aligned with the group's operating model and tax reporting requirements.
• Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end intercompany processes, including allocations and reconciliations within NetSuite.
• Collaborate with Technical Accounting on complex transactions such as M&A, IP transfers, and cost-sharing agreements.
• Strengthen internal controls and governance to ensure audit readiness and risk mitigation across jurisdictions.
• Partner with Tax, Treasury, Legal, and FP&A to align transfer pricing policies with operational activities and tax filings.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of accounting experience, including financial reporting and month-end close.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or equivalent qualification strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of international accounting standards, with experience in IFRS and UK GAAP as a strong plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems, specifically NetSuite.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to navigate complex cross-border technical accounting transactions.
• Must be based in London to support the hybrid work model.
