What you will do

• Prepare and approve journal entries including accruals, fixed assets, and intangible asset transactions.
• Perform general ledger account analysis and investigate fluctuations or data inconsistencies.
• Execute month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes within established timelines.
• Ensure financial records adhere to U.S. GAAP standards and SOX internal controls.
• Support the NetSuite ERP reimplementation by tracking open items and validating financial data.
• Assist with data cleansing, migration readiness, and reporting output verification.

Requirements

• Must have hands-on experience using NetSuite ERP.
• 5–7 years of progressive experience in corporate or public accounting.
• Strong knowledge of general ledger accounting and financial reporting.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional accounting designation (CPA) is preferred.
